Welcome to a demonstration of the EmployUp online bi-lingual interview process. This allows a company with remote positions to evaluate existing employees some of whom may have different working hours or be off-site.

The interview will have two sections. The first has questions which focuses on the responsibilities and expected deliverables the employee will have in the new position. The second has questions focusing on the employee's management skills to achieve these deliverables with contractors and other challenges such as weather conditions.

This area is intended for the editor who will create and edit the questions to be used in an interview. The interview will be conducted in two languages - the primary language for on-site work and the secondary language for remote work.

You will be able to see and hear each question and select from several languages including English, Spanish, Portugese, and Mandarin (Chinese). For this demonstration, the number of questions and languages are limited but in actual use, far more are available. You may edit a question to see how simple they are to change but in practice a proper spelling/grammer checker should be used.

In this area you will see sample questions for an interview. Several languages are available for each question and you can edit their text. You can also hear the text to be sure it sounds appropriate.

Since this is a demonstration, some language pairings may not be available or their spoken text non-functional. The language pairings you've selected/edited will be used for the interview.

Responsibilties and Expectations Managing Contractors

For this demonstration, you are the interviewed employee and the questions you've selected will be used. (If you made edits you're unsure of, please refresh this web page.) Each question will only require a few minutes of your time so speak whatever you wish. As you advance between questions, each video response will be captured and associated with the question asked.

Please be aware that only the text of a question is offered because the client company would have approved this interview, and the employee being interviwed is expected to read and respond to each question. That response will likely include visual cues such as hand gestures and facial expressions that the client staff would notice with a typical in-person interview.
